K-12 Poetry Class
Help me bring poetry appreciation classes to the schools.I'm a poet and like to share the appreciation I have of poetry with others. In the past I've volunteered in schools and elsewhere to teach poetry classes to kids of all ages. I've lined up 4 upcoming classes in a local school, but would love to raise a little money to provide the students with readers. This way each student will have a packet containing some classic, and some not-so-classic, poems that they can read, admire and perhaps model for their own work.
