Spark is a youth apprenticeship program, with a mission of inspiring middle-school youth to pursue their interests, create bonds with their communities, and develop a lifelong passion for learning. To that end, Spark operates summer and after-school programs, matching students with apprenticeships in professions of their choice at local workplaces. This experience is complemented by a leadership development curriculum, empowering students to become motivated learners and leaders throughout their lives.
