Grace Episcopal Church is an historic church in downtown Allentown, Pennsylvania with numerous outreach ministries to our inner city neighbors. We wish to complete the renovation of our church, featuring glistening terrazzo floors and a fresh coat of paint, by installing beautiful, solid wood chairs that are in keeping with those found in Anglican churches around the world and the neo-Gothic style of our architecture.

Each chair costs approximately $300. Therefore we need a minimum of $20,000 to purchase sufficient chairs for our congregation of 60 people, the number who attend on most Sundays. A generous benefactor has promised us $10,000 if we can raise the other $10,000.

Each tile is worth only $20, so anyone can contribute. But if you are able, we encourage donating $300 for the purchase of a chair - that makes 15 tiles.

If you are making this donation as a gift to a friend or relative, for Christmas, a birthday, or some other special occasion, and you would like for them to receive notification of your contribution on their behalf, please write to the parish administrator at bob.house@graceallentown.org and kindly provide your name and address and the name and address of the individual(s) to whom the church will send a greeting.
