Remember what it was like to be a poor, struggling college student? While kicking butt in school, we’re also juggling a social life and a big part of that is Towson’s Ski and Snowboard Club.

During a regular week, we allow a lot of time to focus on school.  When the weekend comes around though, we like to have fun.  The club has tentative trips planned to Breckenridge – Colorado, Seven Springs, and local mountains such as Liberty, Whitetail and Roundtop.  Unfortunately, the SGA recently cut our funding from a $12,000 travel budget to a $3,000 travel budget for the entire school year, greatly limiting our traveling ability and turning our plans upside down.

That’s why we decided, as a club, to ask the wonderful people in our lives if they would mind giving us some financial help. Don’t worry- this isn’t our only fundraising attempt!  Currently we are signed up to work at a Baltimore Ravens game as ushers and ticket takers to kick off our fundraising for the season. We are also in the process of researching more fundraising ideas and doing everything in our power to raise the money to reach our goals, without putting our grades in jeopardy of course.       

Ski and Snowboard Club offers us an essential escape from our busy academic careers.  This club also gives us the opportunity to improve our ski and snowboarding abilities; most importantly we are developing lasting relationships with great people and making memories that are going to stick with us for a lifetime.  Just ask any of the our members and they can tell you about all the awesome trips we have planned.

So, if you could spare some money to help our club, we’d forever be grateful!  Please show your support but purchasing a tile.

To Purchase a Tile:

1. Click a tile that has not been purchased or click "Buy a Tile" under the thermometer.

2. Personalize your tile(s) by adding a short message. (Do not use the enter key to skip to a new line).

3. Select the number of tiles you wish to purchase. Each tile cost $10.

4. Hit continue. DO NOT sign into peer dreams (by hitting the big red button).

5. Select PayPal Option.  If you are already a PayPal member log into you account.  If you are not a PayPal member please join PayPay by filling out the required fields on the right of the page.

6. Click "Agree and Continue" for new users or "Log In" for returning PayPal users.

7. Review your payment and hit "Pay Now."

8. Payment complete.

          Note, it will say the payment was to kyleh22, He is the president of our club and has the account set up with Towson    University Ski and Snowboard Club.

9. Hit "Return to Merchant"

10. Please review your comments (Remember do not use the enter key to skip to a new line). Hit Continue if everything is correct.
