Help me buy Alcatraz and turn it into the "Global Peace Center"
San Francisco's Proposition C would have the city investigate the potential to purchase Alcatraz from the Federal Government. The prison would be demolished and in its place we would build an International Peace Center with a laser show. Let's get the ball rolling and purchase the island ourselves.
